"Xavi is a mixture of Guardiola and Luis Enrique. In the end, the idea of the game that the three have is practically identical", commented the central defender during an interview with Catalunyan TV network TV3. The 21 year old has worked under all three men, having had Guardiola during his days at Manchester City, as well as Luis Enrique with the Spain National Team and now under Xavi at Barça

That has been very much the ethos under Xavi Hernandez at Barcelona, whose main task has been restoring the pride in the Barça way after the free-spending era under Josep Bartomeu that saw the economic collapse of the club and unbelievable results like the 8-2 suffered against Bayern Munich.
