Football managers know that they have to stick together. Not only they work the same trade, but they're often open to the same problems, like dealing with the press, the burdens from the board and the pressure from the fans. That's why its so rare for manager to be at each others throats, and why more often than not when new manager starts working, others wish them the best of luck. That's even more of the case, when the rookie manager is one of your former players, and that's the case for Carlos Tévez and Antonio Conte.

The Argentine superstar recently retired from football and is about to take his first steps as a head coach, recently taking over the Rosario Central job in his native Argentina. It'll be a brand new environment for Tévez, and his former manager was sure to give him a rousing welcome to the trade.

In a video uploaded by the Argentine club, Conte sent a message to the former striker, wishing him all the best. "Hello Carlos, I hope you're doing all right. You're starting your new job as a football manager. I'd like to wish you all the best. You were a great footballer, and one I had the pleasure and the honour to coach you during the time we had together", started Conte.

"You showed me your determination, your strenght, your quality, your leadership skills and your courage. I hope as a coach you can transmit the same you shared with your teammates. I wish you good luck and let's win!", the former Juve manager continued, showing his appreaciation for his former star.

Carlos Tévez and Antonio Conte were together during their spell at Juventus, were Tévez played between 2013 and 2015, with Conte being his head coach for a single season, during 2013-14, before the Italian coach departed to take over the Italian National Team.
