Sevilla are one of the best selling clubs in the world. Without fail, every window, Monchi and his team are turning one of their shrewd aqusitions into millions.  That's exactly what Sevilla need to do now. The Andalusian side become the undoubted winners of the bidding war that saw Barcelona and Chelsea competing to sign Jules Koundé this summer. The French defender's transfer to the Blaugrana has already been made official, and now his former team is looking for a successor.

When a player of  Koundé's calibre leaves, you have to replace him with someone of the same level as that of the 23 year old Frenchman. The name Sevilla have come up with would be none other than Paris Saint Germain's Thilo Kehrer.

The 25 year old German has only one year left on his PSG deal, so Sevilla is attempting to persuade him to sign with them. The German international made 34 appearances for PSG in all competitions last season and started every game for the Parisians.

However, even though Kehrer can play both right back and centreback with ease, he might have trouble getting into the game this coming season. He is most likely only going to serve as Achraf Hakimi's backup option on the right, while Marquinhos and Sergio Ramos are anticipated to be Christophe Galtier's starting centrebacks.
