Casemiro and his EMOTIONAL farewell to Real Madrid: "It's my decision"
The Brazilian central midfielder said his goodbyes to the Spanish giants as he's set on a move to Manchester United
The day finally arrived. Casemiro has left Real Madrid and the farewell ceremony was more than emotional, as the Brazilian broke down in tears several times. The 30-year-old footballer had trouble speaking and expressing his feelings for Real Madrid, but then he gave details of what his departure was like after winning everything and signing with Manchester United.

"When you make such an important decision, it's difficult. After the Champions League final I spoke with my agent and told him that I had the feeling that my stint was ending. I'm honest with everyone, I thought about it. He told me to go on vacation and I had a calmer head. When I came back the feeling was the same. But it's that of being the happiest in the world, it's duty fulfilled. The mission is done", Casemiro assured.
Along the same lines, the midfielder added: "After the Champions League final, that first conversation at the end of the cycle came. I wanted to thank my wife, who was the first to support me in whatever I decided. It's been nine years here, it's a important change. My family was with me. It was very difficult to talk to the president, I know how fond he is of me. Honesty is one of my great values, I've always been with him".
