They may still on the hunt for a new manager, but Paris Saint Germain aren't slowing down on the player-signing part of business. The Inter Milan defender is the number one priority for PSG. However, it won't be easy for their new Sporting Director Luis Campos; according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Italian club has just rejected PSG's offer of 50 million euros, and the negotiations could be long drawn.

The center of the issue seems to be the inclusion of one of the current PSG players, who the Parisian outfit intend to make part of the deal to lower the transfer fee Inter are asking for the 27 year old Skriniar.

Inter, however, remain unwilling to budge. They're not interested in the player, and want 80 million euros for the Slovak defender, who played 48 matches for the Nerazzurri last season.

Talks will go on, as PSG seem set on getting their target, and they're not used to getting a negative reply. Milan Skriniar joined Inter from Sampdoria in 2017 for 34 million euros. Since then, he has played 215 matches for the Milan outfit, and is know for his excellent reading of the game and skill to bring the ball out from defence.
