Like the song goes, the times, they are-a changing and nowhere is that more so than at Paris Saint Germain. While it may or may not be true that Kylian Mbappé handed up a list of people he wants gone from the Parisian club, it's clear with his renovation that the plan is for the French forward to be the absolute star of the club, and that means others may have to adapt or move away, key among them Neymar.

The idea that the Brazilian star could be on the move has been floating for a while now, but it has been gathering speed lately thanks to the latest reports from two high ranking authorities at PSG

First, it was club president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, who pointed out things were going to change at the club. "Perhaps we should also change our slogan... Dream Bigger is good, but today we must above all be realistic, we no longer want flashy, bling-bling. It's the end of the sequins", he had warned.

Now, however, it seems Neymar has found another rival among the decision makers at PSG. According to news outlet Foot Mercato, newly instated Sporting Director Luis Campos is also not very fond of the Brazilian. "The decision seems to be unanimous both in the direction and on the side of Qatar, and the new strong heads of PSGLuis Campos therefore, also does not count with the Canarinha player", reports the media outlet.

This way, the painting seems to be on the wall for what could be one of the deals of the summer, provided someone has pockets deep enough to make a solid offer for Neymar. The Brazilian joined PSG in 2017 from Barcelona, and has so far scored 100 goals and provided 60 assists in 144 games with the Parisian outfit, winning four Ligue 1 and three Coupe de France, whilst also reaching a Champions League final.
