Everything seemed to be going well for Paris Saint Germain. The Parisian outfit is thriving under Christophe Galtier, scoring goals a plenty and leading the Ligue 1 comfortably, with their big three up front working in sync for the first time in a long time. The former Barcelona man is reportedly a favourite of Chelsea owner Todd Boehly, who would be open to forking out the £150 million that the Parisian outfit requires to send Neymar to West London.

It's not the first time the Brazilian is linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, with sources claiming that it was only the refusal of German manager Thomas Tuchel that kept the Santos academy graduate in Paris. Now, however, the situation has changed with Chelsea dropping eight points in their first five matches and losing to supposedly lesser sides like Leeds United and Southampton.
