Inter present their NEW HOME SHIRT for the 2022-23 Serie A
Nike officially launched the home kit for FC Internazionale, better know as Inter Milan, for the 2022-23 season. The Nerazzurri are one of the last clubs of the American brand to present their first kit for the imminent new season. After the extravagance of the previous year, Nike has decided to return to a more classic design, inspired by previous years, as they has done on other occasions. The shirt returns to simple, classic vertical black and blue stripes, without drawings or strange shapes.
This model is partially inspired by the one used in the 2001-02 campaign, with the collar as the main design reference. Inter is no longer the defending champion, so the Scudetto disappeared from the chest, but they'll bear the Coccarda, the badge worn by the defending Coppa Italia champions.
According to the Inter website, " The new Home Kit accentuates Inter's traditional values with a return to the classic black and blue stripes inspired by the 1960s design and features a nod to the club's bond with the city: inside the collar is the word 'Milano'".
Innovation is a value that also characterizes the partners of the new shirt: Digitalbits, which will become the club's main sponsor starting this season, and Lenovo, which will continue to appear on the back of the shirt.
The shorts and socks of the new kit are black. The shirt, made of recycled polyester, is made of highly breathable fabric with Nike Dri-Fit technology that promotes rapid evaporation of sweat to ensure ideal comfort and freshness.
Inter is expected to wear the new home kit for the first time in the next friendly matches in July and until the beginning of August.
